Gen Y is taking over. The generation of young adults that’s composed of the children of Boomers, Generation Jones, and even some Gen X’ers, is the biggest generation since the Baby Boomers and three times the size of Gen X. As the Boomers fade into retirement and Gen Y takes root in the workplace, we’re going to see some big changes ahead, not just at work, but on the web as a whole.

…MiPhone. Local Telecom grapevine. We heard that the reason we haven’t heard Carlos Slim’s new Jamaican acquisition MiPhone roar into the market as yet, it’s because they are still having coverage issues. You must remember that MiPhone’s coverage on it’s own was at best Grade C. They didn’t have much money.

The Problogger, Aussie Darren Prowse is at it again. He recently did a five minute trendwatching post on blogging. He made note of the rise of blog networks, the fact that more blogs are moving towards magazine type layouts, like SiliconCaribe.com and also that blogs are getting other bloggers to write posts for their blogs.
