A PATH for mobile money – Beneficiaries of Gov’t programme represent instant market

JAMAICA-Government could start paying Programme of Advancement Through Health and Education (PATH) beneficiaries through the mobile wallet, kickstarting a mobile payment movement in Jamaica, says a director of the Mona School of Business (MSB).
