SiliconCaribe TV went to Silicon Alley. FourSquare had a Hackathon in New York recently and we we there. Meet the founders, the team, a few developers, feel the vibe and get inspired.

SiliconCaribe TV is Internet Television Covering the Caribbean Tech Scene and the Tech World. We Cover the People, Companies and Events driving the Caribbean Tech Scene and how it’s impacting the World. We call it the Innovation Station of the Caribbean.

Our goal is to inspire, inform and introduce the next generation of digital movers and shakers of the Caribbean and Latin America to the world. We officially launch this video section of on March 10, 2011.

This is the first in a series of 3 interviews with Matthew McNaughton, Founder of Slash Roots Developers Conference which launched it’s event at Kingston BETA last month and stages its inaugural conference on February 24th-25th, 2011. Using our FLIP Cam and generously hosted by Susie’s Bakery & Coffee Bar, Matthew tells you what and why of this developers conference is about.
