Caribbean-led Startup MSurvey scores Seed Round from America-based CrossCulture Venture firm

The 3 year old Caribbean-led Startup M-Survey has scored funding with a seed round from CrossCulture Venture firm. MSurvey led by Co-f0under and CEO Kenfield Griffith, a Caribbean Native of Bajan/Montserratian decent and MIT Graduate was one of SiliconCaribe.com’s op 25 Caribbean Startups to watch in 2015.

MSurvey, is a mobile survey platform driving decision-making for businesses across the continent of Africa and the Caribbean. The startup works with some well-known brands across the world; reducing churn, improving customer service, and increasing their Net Promoter Score.

We had a pre-seed round to start the business and have been growing the business via revenue from a fast growing client base in Africa, United States and Caribbean,” Griffith told SiliconCaribe on his business visit to Kingston, Jamaica reently

MSurvey secured the seed round from American-based CrossCulture Ventures, which is a VC firm led by Troy Carter, the music manager who managed Lady Gaga. Cross Culture describes itself has “invests in entrepreneurs creating next generation technology and consumer products.” It already has invested in tech-drive startups such as Dropbox, Uber, Lfyt, theSkimm, Afrostream and Spotify.
