SiliconCaribe is the leading producer of Caribbean tech events and experiences for entrepreneurs, digital business owners, digital creatives, and investors. We’ve produced over 300 events across 10 Caribbean countries, plus the Diaspora US, UK, and Nairobi. We’ve directly impacted over 100,000 people as our events are designed to gather, inspire and educate our Tech Community.

We’ve produced a few one-off events on our own, and with partners such as World Bank, JAMPRO, the Government of Jamaica, Crypto Isle, and European non-profits and US-based non-profits.

2012 – 2013: The Caribbean Tech Entrepreneurship Conferences – Caribbean BETA
The first regional tech entrepreneurship conference series. 

2012: Travelling Startup Showcase – Nairobi, Kenya
Took Caribbean startups to the global stage at a major agri-finance conference, Fin4Ag.

2013: Jamaica’s First Startup Weekend (Second in the Caribbean)
Kickstarted Jamaica’s startup culture and practical innovation movement.

2013: First Caribbean-Wide Hackathon – AgriHack
Brought together innovators from six countries to develop agri-tech solutions.

2018: First Blockchain & Crypto Event in Jamaica
Introduced blockchain and digital currency discussions to the national stage.

2020: Digital Caribbean – Online Tech Conference
Pivoted globally during the pandemic to host this Caribbean virtual tech conference for over 200 attendees from 23 countries.

2021: Future of Caribbean Money (Fintech Conference)
Pioneered conversations on blockchain, crypto, and fintech trends, held across the Bahamas, Jamaica, and online.
