iFlix dubbed as the Netflix Clone from SouthEast Asia by Techcrunch that reported on them when they snagged US$30million in prelaunch funding in April last year – is now expanding to the Caribbean. They are on the hunt for a CEO for their expansion into the Caribbean.

Some members from iFlix top-management were in Jamaica recently to start negotiations with telco operators and content providers. We were told that “They would like to kick-start operations within the next few months, probably depends also on how fast we can find a rockstar CEO :).

iFlix is the largest subscription video on demand service in Southeast Asia.
