Jamaica's not used to this style of advertising-Confrontational, use of a competitor's colours and clear references. It's more, well, American. In Jamaica we've grown used to the British, conservative, safe and frankly rather polite and boring way of advertising things. The market has now gotten a shake up as Claro

    Ingrid..What do you mean when you say customer service? are you talking in store or customer care?
    I have been a digicel customer for years ….all customer service/customer care are touch and go…you have to hold and wait…and call back…
    BUT
    the big thing for me and the most important is HOW MUCH MONEY I HAVE TO SPEND each month… if i can save $$$ i really dont care if i have to hold a little while longer!

    MY $$$ matters to ME much more!

    I am looking in to the call 2 and text for free and the cheaper rate all round.. yea i might lose my number but things too tight now a days to worry bout dat

  • I agree with you Erika. I just hope that the consumer isn’t just about the cheapest at the expense of accepting shoddy customer service and makes the provider get away with it.
